Very disappointed with Botim. On 5th September 2025, I clicked an ad inside the app showing 50% off on Al Baik orders. It turned out to be a fake phishing website, and instead of a small payment, AED 2000 was deducted from my account. Botim should be more responsible and verify ads before showing them. Such scams put users at risk and break trust. Please be careful when using this app — I no longer feel safe with it.

I am unable to log in because the OTP is not being delivered to my number. I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache, and checking my network settings but nothing works. Please fix this issue urgently so users can access their accounts without repeated login failures.

I’m having an issue registering an account on Botim. Although I received the verification code, when I submitted it, the app showed “No Internet Connection.” I believe this is a bug, as my internet connection is stable. I reported this issue via the customer service email, and raised s ticket, but no one has responded. It’s been almost a month! And this the third times I tried for the customers.ervice
