fun game if you like merge games but their customer service is terrible. I don't usually pay to play online games but I actually spent money to complete a task in a certain time frame. Once I completed the task it showed completed then reverted back to the start. I reached out asking for a refund or at least the equivalent to the awards I should have received. Instead they let me know if was a known issue (meaning I'm not the only one who was affected) and they aren't issuing refunds.

Has a lot of potential. If you've never played a merge game like this (I hadn't), once you get the hang of it, it's fun! Problem is, your 'energy' is the number of taps you have & it takes A LOT of taps to merge items up to what you need to serve customers. It takes A LONG time to refill, unless you spend a bunch of money. I do purchase in-app on the other games, but the amount of energy vs. the price here isn't good. $6 for 200 taps? I'm done in a matter of minutes. Begrudgingly I uninstalled.

Terrible update. You only get videos to watch for 60 extra energy now. They also took away the option to watch certain bubbled items to keep them. You can barely progress like that now. I was actually watching the ads to get further because I liked this game, but if they'd rather slow us down and take away the optional ads, why play? I certainly won't be buying packs now.
