Update: It's getting slower every day, hardly useable. it's too slow, it takes up to 20 seconds before getting a notification after someone rings the bell. after that it takes way too long to open the app and refresh the list of videos. Also it would be nice if we could use diagonal lines to set up the activity zones. As many cams are installed in an angle with the provided adapter. Now we can only add three squares. Changing this shouldn't be too hard for Eufy

App is still messed up even after the latest update, features still don't work properly, some of the recorded video is speeded up ( looks like something from the Benny Hill show), thumbnails aren't showing up or are very slow to load. At the moment it's not in a great place. Update, didn't think this app could get any worse, guess what, it has. everything takes an eternity to load, half the time when you click on a thumbnail/event it won't open, sometimes you get sound and no video or nothing.

such a shame as the cameras are of a good quality but viewing them is too hit and miss. if I want to view the live feed I don't want to be waiting 60s or having to close and reopen the app. This is on a LAN with an AP just a few ft from the camera, and also my device on the same LAN. I suspect all traffic is going up to Eufy and back down again even if the two devices are local to each other. Regardless it shouldn't take that long to work. Likewise accessing saved clips just does not work.
