great game love the gameplay. sometimes you lose a match purely on wrong skill upgrades that are available, but it's part of the game. also the luck of pulls is needed. major dislike on the amount of events popping up daily which all show red dots, and all require a "pass" for additional rewards. and a lot of times events that require you to pay for extra tickets. also shows red notification dots on "free" items in shops that require you to watch an add (some can be used more than once per day).

ALERT! Completely P2W, even whales will be surprised with how much money this game requires if you want to have fun. it starts some what enjoyable at first but only a few days into playing, you will be bombarded with offers and you start seeing how scarce resources are. there are tens of events that require spendin real money in order to get the good rewards from any event, plus terrible drop rates, and the best heroes are impossible to get if you don't pay stupid amounts of money.

Has good potential but too many bugs. I sunk about $50 into beginner packs but the more I play, the more I lose. levels resetting to previous stages, reclearing and then clearing NEW content and get no reward for it. The "already claimed" reward has happened multiple times within my first week of playing. Spammed to buy packs every time you log in for a game that doesn't even give you what you earn. With ranks based on fast progression, this is unacceptable. Fix your game before you beg for $$
