every time I use the scale I make sure that it's connected to the Bluetooth I set my phone down so I can see that the app is going through the different data points but then it never saves the information in the app. customer service has a chat function but they never responded. no response to email either. this was the biggest waste of money!

Absolutely appalling! Should have read the reviews before purchasing the scale AND band. Pretty sure the BPM reading of the scale is HIGHLY inaccurate and after endless attempts to connect the band I had to read here that it's definitely not supported yet??? HOW on Earth can an app for such pricey equipment be rolled out in this state??? Unacceptable. Adding a paid subscription option on top of everything is definitely not a good look! 100% regret my purchases.

app doesn't sync properly with health connect. sleep data not transferring, activity data not transferring properly. I have a cheaper set of scales that produce exactly the same data, and the app that goes with them, called insmart works perfectly with health connect. all in all I feel a bit ripped off considering what I paid for the scales.
