UPDATE: THEY FIXED THE ADS, they no longer pop up at random times anymore!!! it's back to how it used to be and I can finally play again!! it's the most calming relaxing satisfying merge game. So glad to have it back to the way it was before 💛 (there's still ads but you only watch them as an option to get extra energy or other things now. they are no longer intrusive)

A good game with a nice story. Merging mechanic is good (you actually have to drop an item onto the others to merge it, so no accidental merges). Energy system could be better but its ok. You'll run out after a couple of tasks that require energy and regeneration rate is slow. But not all tasks need energy. Also you can get some energy for free every few hours or watch ads.

I spent 500 rubies to buy a gold ticket for a game event, but the event disappeared so I couldn't get the prizes I paid for. No refund, I asked support about it, they replied with the standard message that the developers had fixed the problem, but it was much later than the event ended. Disappointing. Love the game but would be nice if they took into account what their players say.
