This app does not function properly nearly all the time and is super unreliable, which is especially concerning while traveling. Trying to book a ticket is a nightmare. Will only show half a screen at a time, so you can either see the dates or the flight, but not both. Reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, nothing helps. (Samsung Galaxy S24+, Android 15). Would not count on this app for boarding pass or notifications.

Horrible app. Difficult to navigate. Does not update in real-time. This app showing my name/device info in order to leave a rating won't deter me. AirFrance- horrible. They cancel/ move flights at whim. I've been traveling for over 24 hours in what should have been an emergency 13 hr trip. Death of a parent. Layed over again! For no reason. And no one manning ANY of the gate desks to assist. No one helping navigate passengers once they offload. This should not be my focus.

Once logged in with my AirFrance account, my boarding pass not available in the app. The boarding gate for my flight is not indicated in the app while it is on the airport's displays. My flight was delayed, I saw it on the airport's displays and website, but not in the app. Also it didn't send me any alert or notification about this delay. This app is basically useless and fails to help me in all my use cases. I do not recommend it.
