Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled, the glasses are paired with the phone via the Meta AI app, and that you have unimported captures on the glasses. Also, check for sufficient storage space on your phone and ensure the Meta AI app has permission to access your phone's photo app.
