I don't recommend this app. Only had a day to access the app and answered 4 surveys. The next day, my account was logged out and couldn't log back in. My credentials didn’t work, and I never received a password reset email. When I contacted support, they eventually replied saying my account was flagged due to "inconsistencies between the data provided and the system-detected settings." However, I used the same phone and was at home the entire time.

This app is a scam, it's been more than a week since there have not been any surveys available, I just want to get points to redeem money but if there are no surveys I can't. They often also kick me in the middle of the survey because my profile didn’t match their preference. Even If I try to click on the contact us button nothing appears, it's as if they didn't put any info because it's actually a scam!!

takes me forever to create an account (tried for about a week but there were "general errors")then I try to log back in a day after I finally get signed up and pw or email is apparently incorrect (it's not I only have a handful of passwords I use) but who knows try to reset it but no email comes. it's the right email as well checked my email for confirmation. I guess I haven't even actually used the app yet to give a completely fair review.. think I'm good
