Device Care is Samsung’s all-in-one tool for keeping your phone running smooth. It’s built right into the settings, and it covers battery, storage, memory, and device security. It’s like a “tune-up” button for your phone. The battery section is super useful — you can see which apps are draining power and set background limits. It has a quick optimization button that closes background apps, clears up memory, and sometimes even boosts speed.

The Device Care app claims to clean out storage and makes a big show of demonstrating which caches it cleans. However, if you go to the app cache in question, you'll notice nothing was cleared. Having used and observed this app for years, I'm fairly confident to say it seems mainly to be bloatware masquerading as a tool. Worst of all, it's yet another app Samsung forces on to phones that cannot be deleted.

EMF tinnitus like ear pulsing appears to be coming from Samsung's preinstalled Microsoft app Onedrive and its related Reminder app in Jamaica. I never installed either app. So can you tell me how to permanently uninstall these apps. I believe these apps are posing a security, health and privacy risk for me. I've only been able to disable the Onedrive app. But I can't uninstall either app. When I delete the data from the storage of the Reminder app, the data returns to the Reminder app's storage.
