I have Amazon Music Unlimited and it does not shuffle the songs. I have over 400 songs on just one playlist, and have never heard half of them. I use the app a lot, on my echo, phone, and in the car. I always use shuffle mode, but it doesn't work, it plays the same group of songs over and over. My 1st playlist doesn't show up for me to add songs to it anymore. These problems needs to be fixed or I'll have to think about changing to a different app.

This app is really great if you have the Premium subscription but then once my free trial of that ran out, the quality of the app decreased dramatically. Like, technically - it doesn't even work right. It will play two songs and then just stop and say "restarting station" and then I have to close out of the app entirely to get it to restart and then it plays the same song I just listened to. It did this to me three times in a row the other day and I got so frustrated, I switched to another app.

Always paid ££ for unlimited even though I have prime, app keeps deleting songs from my library & downloads & I have to re-add. Thousands of songs & artists lost because of this, all while paying a premium price. Awful app. Streaming issue? You name it and this app does it. Freezes constantly, cuts out..such a disappointment & overall frustrating experience for a lot of money. Can't scroll by letter to find songs in your library like you used to, UI is awful. I own Alexas & casting featr is 💩👎
