When one buys a battle pass, one expects to get the rewards immediately. That didn't work for some reason and the way to contact support from game doesn't look reliable either. You can't even select this game there only the prequel

I really don't know how to feel about this game. bubbles float not fillingthe board, abundant energy,endless generator & supply make me could play it for 2 hours nonstop without have to play any ads for additional energy. there is also side merge. However that's all. satisfying but also boring in one time. I just feel there is no real target aside from completing order & unlocking images. also for a beginner it's confusing, should do it one by one instead of sending all in one from the get go.
