Not the most intuitive app (UX not very good), but most things work. One really strange thing is the deadline for online check-in...why can't you use it later than 14:00 on the day of arrival?? Never seen this with other hotel apps. Also, there's no explanation -- the function just disappears (not even a unaccessible/grayed-out button), so nearly impossible to understand what's going on.

Useless! When searching for hotels in the city I want, you get little pop-up saying "there are no hotels for the time you are searching". But then despite that, a desired search result appears with price and "show more" button. You click on that in order to read more/book, and just white screen appears where you can't return back or love forward. U installed the app and reinstalled it - no help

The app is really clunky and difficult to log in to especially first time. It also freezes and goes blank, very frustrating when I want to check out hotels and book rooms. I've found it easier logging in to the website using my membership number which kinda defeats the purpose of the app 🙄
