Been trying to coax my fiancé to into yoga without going to class. He's a retired disabled vet, and has a great deal of pain. Most of the apps/videos I have found have been too advanced, even in beginner mode, and more $$ than we are able to retired. 5 Min Yoga app was just what we needed-quick sessions, easy enough poses, even a "slow" option - which is very helpful! w AND this wonderful app offers free and reduced options! WHAAAT?! I am very grateful to have been approved! ❤️ TY so much!!

as a doctor of herbology and homeopathic practices, as well as being 76 years old, encourage everyone to use THIS app if you are planning to use any app for you doing chair yoga! they offer many different ways and time settings to meet the needs of everyone and wants to try this! Theirservice department also deserves a five-star rating I would bump mine up to 10 Stars if I could at all! they offer programs that can be done from your home or your office or anywhere from anywhere from 5 min & up.
