It used to be somewhat decent in that you could get an overpriced shirt or sticker but with fan art. However, now the app is completely broken, t-shirt u bought has stitches coming undone after one wear, my order doesn't appear in Order History and is 4 days late; and I couldn't submit a request for assistance because the app had an error processing it. Of course, there is is no customer support email which, in tandem with broken app, sends a clear message: "Customer, you can go file yourself."

RIDICULOUS Account suspension policy! Instead of clearly pointing out issues with an account and giving creators a fair chance to resolve them, this platform chooses to suspend accounts outright, with a warning and a permanent ban on creating a new one. It’s extremely disheartening, especially when no specific feedback is provided. A more reasonable approach would be to inform creators of the exact issue, give them a clear timeline to address it. Then close if not resolved after that duration.

this is the worst experience I had got because after doing formalities one error comes and it shows your account is suspended without any reason after doing other email address but still it's showing same error what kind of issue is this check this and there is no helpline to contact the team without reason anything it's showing in helpline should be one contact number the worst experience I support that do not use this app
