Purchased premium solely for the screen translator. The OCR functionality works very well. I use the screen translator to read Japanese manga. I took away 2 stars because when I highlight vertical lines of Japanese manga texts in a speech bubble, the app automatically reorder the texts from left to right, which is incorrect! In manga, you read Japanese texts from right to left. Please fix this. Once it's fixed, I'll gladly leave a glowing 5-star review.

I strongly advise against buying this app. The iOS version keeps crashing and is completely unusable. On the Android version, the AI voice, YUI, cannot pronounce a full sentence. This issue has not been fixed for more than half a year, and customer service has been very dismissive and unhelpful. This is completely unacceptable. I will find a way to file a complaint with the consumer protection office and demand a refund!

I really like this app as a dictionary and for practice test. I also use the flashcard feature with the Notebook. But I am having some trouble with importing words from Excel file to my Notebook. It was always reduced. For example. My Excel file has 148 words. Before saving, it displays all 148 words. But when I tap save, it became 147. It was worse when I tried using the browser on PC which was reduced to 90. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Thank you.
