In dropping my rating by another star. This app and company just keep getting worse and worse. I need to contact our upcoming hotel, but the feature to contact the hotel through the app hasn't been working for the last week. There also seems to be no way to get help from a human anymore, there is just an AI bot that can't do anything beyond cancel a booking. I'm in an awful hotel, so bad that I've had to leave in the middle of night, and I can't get any assistance with a refund.

Forget whatever I wrote about the app and couple of years ago! As with many other apps, the more they "improve" it, the worse it gets. I just wrote a thoughtful review of a place we stayed a few weeks ago, and when I tried to add photos, it locked up and bounced me back to the home page. Unfortunately for the hotel, I am not going to rewrite that review. Right now, all the app is good for is telling me what upcoming reservations I have. The rest is useless.

Crashes a lot.. can't accessRewards section New bug: I get a higher price than advertised when I'm about to book, and if I want to use a reward night with a value that is higher than the rental price, it will only discount the lower (real) price... hope it's a bug that you fix and not you trying to make a few extra euros intentionally with this...
