Why is the app this bad? So I'm watching episodes of one series, and the next episode is the first episode of a different series. Now I have to look for the series I was watching, but the "you already saw that part of the episode" line or checkmark is gone. Then all my settings are in English, but the titles are translated to my location for some reason. The screen flips randomly, and don't get me started on ads and how that sometimes resets the episode. And you have to pay extra to remove tat

There's only some good shows, most of which are an extra charge because they aren't actually on this platform (so you're getting half-catfished). The ads are the final straw for me though. How greedy can you be?!? Amazon has so much money, but it will apparently never be enough. I'm already paying to use this streaming service at all, so there's no way I'm gonna pay even more just so I won't have ads. Also the ads are incredibly long, and incredibly often. This is ridiculous

Honestly the worst paid streaming app ! In a FREE SERIES there will be 1 or 2 random episodes that you have to pay for ! You still get ads even when you pay the $2.99 extra to go ad free ! When you go to continue to watch a show it sets you back to episodes you have already finished and when auto playing to the next episode it will play like 30 seconds of it then skip you ahead to the next episode ! Amazon is great but the quality of Prime Video is severely lacking.
